2024年中考英語重難點(diǎn)：冠詞

1. 不定冠詞a, an的區(qū)別

a用在以輔音音素開頭的單詞前，an用在以元音音素開頭的單詞前，判斷一個詞是元音開頭,還是輔音開頭，是根據(jù)其讀音,而不是根據(jù)其字母。如:It's an interesting movie.它是一部很有趣的電影。There is an“h” in the word “hour”.單詞word里面有一個h。(1)在26個字母中，前面用an的字母有“a,e,f,h,i,l,m,n,o,r,s,x”, 其他用a。.這個句型經(jīng)常用來考冠詞用法，并結(jié)合字母發(fā)音，當(dāng)然，平時學(xué)習(xí)中也可以用來做對應(yīng)練習(xí),來強(qiáng)化學(xué)生在冠詞用法、字母發(fā)音和音標(biāo)方面的基礎(chǔ)。例如：There is an “x” in the word “box”.There is an “m” in the word “month”.There is an “f” in the word “fly”.…………

(2)要特別注意區(qū)別以開頭的單詞:an umbrella, an unusual story, an unhappy boy;

a university, a useful book

是的話發(fā)

這里的要點(diǎn)是看字母U發(fā)的是不是它本身的字母音：[ ju:]那就是輔音音素開頭，前邊用不定冠詞a;不是的話就發(fā)[ʌ]這個元音，前邊用不定冠詞an。

【速記口訣】

確定用“a”還是“an”，不看字母看讀音：不見“原因(元音)”別施“恩(n)”。

3. 序數(shù)詞前面用定冠詞與不定冠詞的區(qū)別

“the + 序數(shù)詞”表示“第幾……”; 如：The Yellow River is the second longest river in China. 黃河是中國的第二長河。“a + 序數(shù)詞”表示“又，再”。如:You are so close to the answer. Try a second time. 你很接近答案了,再試一次。a number of意思是“許多”,相當(dāng)于a lot of;the number of 意思是“……的數(shù)目,……的數(shù)量 ”, 兩個詞組后面都接可數(shù)名詞復(fù)數(shù)，但是，作主語時，謂語動詞不同：前者用復(fù)數(shù)形式，后者用單數(shù)形式。如:A number ofvisitorshere on vocation in summer.許多游客夏天來這里度假。The number of thebirdsdecreasing every year.每年鳥的數(shù)量都在遞減。(1)當(dāng)名詞被such, half, what修飾時，不定冠詞放在這些詞后。如:I have never seen such a beautiful bird before.我從未見過如此美麗的鳥兒。He bought half a kilo of pork.他買了半公斤豬肉。What an amazing flower!多迷人的花兒呀!(2)當(dāng)名詞前面的形容詞又有so, how, too等詞修飾時,不定冠詞應(yīng)放在形容詞后。如:He is so forgetful a person that you have to remind him of somethingagain and again.他是如此健忘的一個人,一件事你不得不一遍一遍地提醒他。How tall a tree it is! 這樹多高呀!(3)當(dāng)名詞前的形容詞又有quite, rather或very副詞來修飾時,不定冠詞置于quite和rather之后，very之前。如:quite an attractive film一部吸引人的電影rather a lazy guy 一個相當(dāng)懶惰的家伙a very smart boy 一個非常機(jī)靈的男孩
