2023年初中英語語法：形容詞辨析（13）lost，missing 和 gone

三者都有“失去”之意，但又略有不同。

(1) lost 失去的，指丟失的、找不到的，另外還有“迷路的，困惑的”等含義，可作定語、表語。

I told him that thelostcar had been found by the police.

我告訴他，丟失的汽車已經被警方找到了。

(2) missing丟失的，指暫時不在或找不到的，另外還有“被損毀的，缺少的，失蹤的”等意思，可作定語、表語。

When I got home after work, I looked at hispicture again.The missingbeard of themouse had beenadded.

我下班到家時，又看了看他的畫。缺失的老鼠胡須已經被添上了。

(3) gone失去的，強調時間、情況等一去不復返，只可作表語。

《隨風而逝》，又譯作《飄》

例題：

________ in the mountains for a week，the two students were finally saved by the local police.

A.Having lost

B.Lost

C.Being lost

D.Losing

【解析】 句意為：在山里迷路一周了，這兩個學生最后被當地警察救了出來。be lost in意為“在„„中迷路，迷失在......，陷入(沉思等)”，作狀語時要用lost。 【答案】 B
