　　a、an特殊位置

　　(1)當名詞被such,half,what修飾時,不定冠詞放在這些詞后。如:

　　I have never seen such a beautiful bird before.我從未見過如此美麗的鳥兒。

　　He bought half a kilo of pork.

　　他買了半斤豬肉。

　　What an amazing flower!

　　多迷人的花兒呀!

　　(2)當名詞前面的形容詞前有so,how,too等詞時,不定冠詞應放在形容詞后。如:

　　He is so forgetful a person that you have to remind him of some thing again and again.

　　他是如此健忘的一個人,一件事你不得不一遍一遍地提醒他。

　　How tall a tree it is! 這樹多高呀!

　　(3)當名詞前面有形容詞quite,rather或very時,不定冠詞置于quite和rather之后,very之前。如:

　　quite an attractive film

　　一部吸引人的電影

　　rather a lazy guy一個相當懶惰的家伙

　　a very smart boy一個非常機靈的男孩
