當有人和你意見不同或開罪你的時候，你切不可發脾氣。為什么?因為這樣做是無用的(用of no use)。你應當忍耐并且保持冷靜，唯恐和他爭吵。你必須知道忍耐不是弱而是一種美德。我希望人人都實行它。
